Does Physio Steve treat my condition?
Physio Steve treats the muscle, tendon, ligament and joint issues that you normally associate with Physiotherapy, as well as conditions commonly producing nerve symptoms such as disc herniations and sciatica.
He does not work in the domains of: perineal (e.g. incontinence), neuro (e.g. stroke), cardioresp (e.g. airway clearance), developmental (ie young pediatric) or within the CNESST or SAAQ systems.
NECK & BACK PAIN
Starting his career at the Spine Institute, back and neck pain remain the most common conditions that Physio Steve treats.
GYM INJURIES
As a Personal Trainer, Physio Steve’s greatest competency is working to modify weight training to maintain athletes’ conditioning while rehabilitating their injuries.
Physio Steve uses a mixture of muscle and joint work, activity modification and exercises to treat jaw pain, clicking and locking.
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is the most common cause of vertigo in patients. Though distressing, this condition responds powerfully to vestibular physiotherapy.
